Camp Grocery products are an extension of our whole animal program led by Chef de Cuisine, JT DeBrie, and his long-standing expertise in butchery and partnerships with local farmers, including Shipley Farms, Ruby Brown Farms, Joyce Farms, Sunburst Trout and Manchester Quail. Working with local farms provides an opportunity to experience a variety of meat offerings on our menu that also become available in our market. Our Camp Market allows you to take the Forestry Camp experience home to prepare your own meal with a beverage pairing and a card featuring recipes written by our Chef.
